Stayed with kids
We had such a wonderful weekend and look forward to returning in the future. The house was beautifully furnished and incredibly well thought out. We want to bring this house home with us.
Jason was incredibly helpful and shared all information needed prior to our trip. He has been an excellent host!
Next time we come back, we hope to catch some trout on the Sipsey!

Stayed with kids
So appreciative of Jason and his love for Smith Lake. From the start, you felt attended to with a thorough email including directions, how-tos, recommendations and nuances. Staying in this home didn’t feel like other airbnbs, where some items or accessories were not available. Jason had a fully stocked kitchen, copious water toys and Iuxurious linens.
Easy to find but definitely a steep road to access the house if traveling in rainy/icy weather.
Overall peaceful and felt very private even with neighboring homes close by.
Will be coming back soon!

Group trip
Beautiful home and awesome host. Jason was super responsive and helpful. Felt more like we were staying at a friend’s place than an Abnb. Could not have asked for a better view and more peaceful stay. Would love a return visit!

the house was immaculate. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Even with people around the area felt very private.

We had such a great time at this lake house! Our kids enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming by the dock. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Jason and Tiffany are amazing—friendly, responsive, and really helpful. Definitely a spot we’d love to come back to!

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. This was the second trip to Jason’s home for us. He called ahead of time about new changes and updates. He’s always so thorough and the home is top notch. It’s so relaxing and luxurious and comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. He makes amazing recommendations and everything is always well thought out
